He said this about someone very near and dear to many Creative Memories consultants hearts. I met Nancy O’Dell on a number of different occasions and she did not deserve to have these things said about her (no does any other human being). That does not change the fact that he said them and he would say the same thing again if he had the chance.
Still hoping this whole 45 thing is one big April fool’s joke.
