While it may not be legal to smile for your driver’s license photo, it is legal to wear a colander on your head. This bizarre practice stems from members of the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster claiming the colander as religious head gear. So, go ahead, eat your pasta, and when you are done head over to the Department of Motor Vehicles to renew you driver’s license.
