The Economics of Photo Books

I recently completed a 46 page StoryBook. This StoryBook contained 305 photos, plus one on the cover. I counted them. Each page contained from one to ten photos. The price for the 8×8 soft-cover book was $57.45, including the cost of the extra pages. This price works out to $0.19/photo, including complete descriptions for every event and activity. To me it was a bargain, and it would have been a bargain even if I had decided to spend an additional $12.00 for the hard-cover version.
