It is hard enough to print real colors correctly, and now we have impossible colors. This blue-yellow diagram illustrates the effect. Simply move close enough to your computer screen so that the two crosses overlap. You will see a really wierd shade of blue-yellow. I am Chair of the ISO WG5 TG2 committee responsible for physical properties and durability of imaging material and am currently with HID Global working on systems for security printing for IDs, licenses, and credit cards.
